Central loves the arts! Knowing that the arts can be used as service for the Lord, we emphasize the importance of art, music, and speech. As your child progresses through our program, he will develop skills in the following areas:

Preschool through Second Grade
Preschool and lower elementary students do art projects and sing in their classrooms. They participate in Grandparents’ Day, Christmas, and spring programs. Additionally, kindergarten through second grade participates in choir once a week.
Third through Fifth Grade
Students in third through fifth grade will have a weekly choir class, and their choir will compete in the TACS Fine Arts Competition in the spring. Students may also choose to participate in the following TACS FA Competition categories:piano solo, string solo, brass solo, vocal solo, small vocal ensemble, art, spelling bee, Bible sword drill, and/or drama.
TACS also offers academic testing as part of their competition. Students may choose to compete in Bible, math, science, history, composition, language arts, and/or poetry.
This group also participates in the Grandparents’ Day, Christmas, and spring programs.
