payment plans
- Plan 1 – Pay in twelve equal payments from May 2024 – April 2025(12 months)
- July 1st – Pay One Yearly Payment – Due July 1st (5% – discount when tuition is paid in full)
- July 1st – Pay Two Semester Payments – Due July 1st and January 1st (2½% discount when tuition is paid by semester)
FACTS is our account management system. All parents are required to establish a FACTS account. Payments are due on the 5th or 20th of each month. FACTS will automatically draft the payment. Payments that do not process due to insufficient funds will be charged late fees totaling $55. Facts will reattempt the payment 10 days after the first attempt. If a payment is 30 days overdue, the student will not be permitted to class until the balance is made current.

The Activity fee includes the following:
- The cost of field trips
- Campus events
- Family athletic game admissions(two adults per student)
- One yearbook per student
- PE uniforms
- K-3 through 6th grade school supplies
- Tournament and competition hotel expenses
- Fine arts (up to 3 competition categories)
- League membership and participation costs
standard fee
The standard fee includes the following:
- Testing: Iowa achievement testing grades K5-10, PACT 8-10, NMSQT, and ACT for grades 11 and 12
- Student technology costs, such as, hand-held devices
- Per-student costs for accreditation & school approval
- Student accident insurance
- Website development & maintenance
Earn $500 Tuition Toward Your Tuition Cost By Referring a Student
- A $250 credit will be issued in January when the student successfully completes the first semester.
- An additional $250 credit will be issued in May when the student completes the second semester.
- The $500 Referral Fee is paid on a per-student basis. For example, this year,one family referred a family with three children. All three students were enrolled during the first semester resulting in a $750 credit for the referring family. The referring family is on track to receive another $750 in May for a total of $1500.

- Multi-Student Discount:
- A family’s third child and beyond will receive a 50% tuition discount.
- Book & fees are excluded from this discount.
- Ministerial discounts are available upon approval of the school board.
- A military discount is available for families with proof of active-duty enlistment.
